I lived in this complex fpr 2 years. The rent increase was scary but reasonable. The management changed staffing during this time which I really saw or felt no difference. Calling for repairs was always taken care of right away. I had brand new carpet upon move in EXCELLENT! I was near a playground and only was loud in the summer...not many kids outdoors the rest of the year. There are lots and Lots of kids in the complex...due to lack of apartment communities to choose from in this perticular school area. Most kids are respectful of your area such as the patio's but majority are unsupervised.
It was rather quite for the most part except if your on the ground floor your upstairs neighbors can be heard snoring or walking or laundry time...which can be annoying! The outside areas were well maintained and lights along the paths were almost always working. I did not like that the screen doors didnt lock...my pets could open and run out!!! not cool in the summer months.
Oh and the pet fee ICK! $400 per pet...now that was outrages...but if you have no pet damage you get it back. The dryer with a large load had to be set twice to get dry...they are old machines but huge which is awesome!
I heard about car break ins but I never had a problem myself(for one I didnt leave anything out to take) unlike majority of folks. plus non of my neighbors had a problem either possibly it was location (the back is the best)!
Overall I liked living there from the start...it is a great place and you can meet new people aka neighbors easily. I would live there again.
