Great for that kid who is just moving out of their parents house...

First of all, I have to say that we have never spent a night at these apartments. We went to check them out and ended up applying. However, we ended up withdrawing our application for many of the following reasons.
At noon on a sunday afternoon, the noise level inside the apartments and outside was outrageous. There are lots of kids running around, which is fine, but not for us. Because this meant once summer comes, WATCH OUT! They will want to be outside, naturally, but you will want your windows open because you will be roasting, so you'll get to hear all the kids playing!
Secondly, the woman who showed us the apartment, Michelle had the personality of a walnut. And she tried to pressure us, and I hate that in apartments. "Oh, you better apply today because I'm sure this deal won't be here tomorrow". Uh huh. And she wasn't that friendly, so why would I want to deal with her when there is something wrong with my apartment' Hm.
When we went back around 3 that day to get a feel for the apartments, there was a police car there talking to a resident. Great. The noise had not decreased what so ever either.
Again, if you are just starting out this place would be fine. The cupboards are good for 1 to maybe 2 adults and because there is no pantry, this is a negative for someone who has a child like myself. Plus the living room is tiny, and the master is not that big. Granted they give you a great walk in closet, but you know. The washer and dryers are not "full size" like they say either. More like the size of stackables but just seperated.
So, if you're young and going to just be working and partying for now, I'd say these would make great apartments for you.

This is Michelle. This review was in very poor taste. As a leasing agent my job and training requires me to encourage folks to apply. I remember this couple very well and I can assure you they were not pressured into anything. In addition, we always follow up on cancelled applications and none of these concerns were brought up.
I encourage anyone to come into our property and see the great customer service we provide.

I saw no problem with it, Michelle. You left a bad impression on this reviewer, and don't like it. I think it is great they posted what they had to say, and I honestly wish I had checked this website before I moved in.
CTL Management sucks. Nothing personal, Michelle, I don't believe I have ever met you, but the company you work for pisses me off.
