Avoid if you value your sleep!

Been here 9 months, and the best I can say is the fountains at the office are neat...
You can hear your upstairs neighbor clearly enough to discern their telephone conversations, tell exactly where they are in the apartment, and pretty much forget the idea of a quiet peaceful evening if they are home. And hearing them snore (among other things) is not conducive to sleep either.
The management and maintenance people are friendly and efficient, but I'm moving because I'm tired of "stompy" upstairs! And to think, I asked them how the sound level was when I moved in and was told that you couldn't hear your upstairs neighbors. Riiight.

I second that. Been at Sir Charles Court for about a year now and tired of the neighbor upstairs who doesn't like to sleep at night!
