When I first moved in, management was great, they were responsive to issues, and always pleasant to deal with.
Then the management changed, and it takes days to respond to issues. Outdoor lighting will be out for several days without being fixed, imagine trying to get your mail in the evening with lights non-functional at the mailboxes.
