My fiancee and I moved into these apartments a little over 6 months ago. I have had many problems with the maintenance. They park in the middle of the road with their golf carts so no one can get past them. Many times I have had to wait for them to move their carts so i can go home. I always see them sitting in their carts, smoking and talking, or throwing balls at eachother. One time they hit my car and when I brought it up to the management, they said that they would "talk to them". Nothing has been done.

The landscaping people park wherever they feel like it. Quiet hours are from 10 pm- 9am but expect to be woken up at 7am from their leaf blowers. I have complained several times about the landscaping people parking in my spot, or behind my car and not moving until they were 'done' but nothing has been done.

The kids here (at least in my part of the complex) are rude and stomp and yell at all hours of the day.

While the apartments are OK, I know I'm getting ripped off. $705 a month for a 1 bedroom. I am looking to move to another complex as soon as my lease is up.
