The insulation is HORRIBLE! I can hear everything from flushing toilets to conversations right through the walls. Even after I installed plastic storm windows the wind and cold air still came through. Old apartments-crappy cubbards etc.

I've seen 3 cockroaches!

And to top it all off they just gave me a 10-day notice to get out because of unwarrented noise complaints! I'm getting complaints just for walking to my door and opening/closing it at late hours!!

There's only 1 manager whose got all the power and she broke a verbal aggreement with me. The assistant manager is very nice but unfortunately doesn't have any power to help.

Sounds like Alexia Miller. If so, it is, among other things, because she is totally inconsiderate of others. Alexia moved in at midNIGHT. She let her chawawa urinate on the carpet and poop on the balcony. Alexia is often nocternal, sleeping during the day and up all night. (How can anyone sleep during the day?)
