Don't Move Here

Although the apartments are roomy and the grounds are kept clean, after living here for one year I would not recommend living here to anyone I know. We had problems ranging from the toilet breaking to vermin infestation, and even though we were forced to vacate our unit for almost two weeks the management refused to compensate us for this inconvenience. In fact, they never even responded to my letter.

Serves you right for renting from an owner (BRAD) and manager (HSC) who are really concerned with only one property aspect: $$$$$. Most renters are concerned with three aspects: Amenities, service, and TOTAL cost of renting. Remember, the date stamped on the original low-flow toilets was 1985. Therefore, Sorrento Bluff Apartments are 23 years old, so maintenance takes on additional importance. One more recollection: a past manager named "Sheri" reportedly got fired (according to Crissy) for embezzlement. She then collected unemployment benefits for 26 weeks and got one 26 week extension. Crissy worked as an assistant for Sheri from 2003-2005. (Managers and tenants come and go at apartments all the time).
