I have lived here for several years. I would highly recommend living here. The customer service that I have experienced here is exceptional.
On the occassions that I have needed something repaired in my apartment, the maintenance is very quick to complete the work being either the same day or the following day.
The office staff is terrific. They are always friendly and helpful.
The parking is great here, and the landscaping is beautiful.
I enjoy the treats in the clubhouse and the coffee and newspaper too.
Also, the location is nice because you can walk to the new Haggen's and you are close to all the other major highways.

Yes, Sorrento Bluff is quieter than many other apartments such as nearby Sterling Point in Beaverton, OR. One reason that Sorrento Bluff is relatively quiet is it is a small complex, so the lower density reflects a different era in Oregon.
Sorrento Bluff Apartments are over 20 years old. Most apartments built in the area in the last 10 years are at least 150 units on a smaller property. Higher density usually results in higher noise.
It also was much quieter on the Western end of the property when there was an old rock quarry (Cobb Rock) across the street (Murray Blvd.)instead of a shopping center (Haggen's) and 300 Condos.
