Be aware of hiding charges coming out from
your "Security deposit" when you move out.
Trying to speak with this people is impossibe. It seems to me there were never trained to dial with customers. I will suggest to send them to a Seminar or an special course to learn some manners.
The apartments are not a great deal. Too old, you can hear even when your upstairs neighbor goes to the bathroom. About security, while I was living there, cars were broken in a couple of times.
If you want a mediocre place to live, this would be the perfect one!

The Last Plantation Actually, Sorrento Bluff Apartments were constructed in 1985, according to the dates stamped on the original toilets. By the way, these first generation low flow toilets require a tenant to flush them several times to eliminate waste or "turds". No amount of cleaning improves their performance. As far as apt. manager personalities, remember the old addage: "Shinola flows from the top of an organization down". Attitudes at the top drive what happens in lower organizational levels. Plus, apartment managers are a "dime a dozen", it would appear. It is one more high turnover job too, in spite of relatively good pay. The profile of most commercial apartment property managers is: Young, female, usually divorced or separated and with one or more children. This economic condition or situation is an employer's dream. These young women are dependent on their job and are motivated to do whatever it takes to protect their income. In addition, they often rent onsite at a slight discount. If they loose their job, they must move. Kind of like The Last Plantation.
