Where do I begin besides the fact that they have a VERY serious and deadly BLACK mold problem. We even called the HEALTH DEPARTMENT on them, it is that bad. There is terrible mold, no circulation in the apartment, nothing dries, PLASTIC windows, appairently the managers boyfriend/husband don't know what he is but he is a Meth attict, meaning the manager probably is also, the square footage for the 2 bedroom is 1180sqft but it isn't even 900sqft and that is because they counted the patios in the front and back and measured from the outside of the building! Total actual indoor living space is 940. Oh here is a big one, there are slugs coming and going from the inside of the apartments (not just ours). There is also really bad creaking when you have people above you, it sounds like the celing is going to collapse on you. All of these problems you have just read about is a problem with every apartment not just ours, and one last thing the matience men before we moved in you know on how they paint and get the apartment ready for whoever moves in' Well, the stupid f*ck*rs there decided to paint OVER razor blades and a couple pieces of gum that was stuck to the wood in the apartment. How sanitary is that'
SPRINGBROOK GARDENS of Princeton Management Co. SUCKS and NEVER move there if you fear for your life. I everyday would wake up with headaches and sick from the mold and as soon as I was out of the house 20min later I felt just fine. I am a very healthy person and never had headaches till I moved into this ---- hole.

I was once a resident of Springbrook Gardens and I can agree with this person that everything they have said is true. But you will also never get your security deposit back, from what this person posted those security deposits go to their drug addiction.

I have been here for a year and have no problem with mold, the noise from upstairs isnt that bad.

I had a little mold problem i cleaned with adiluted bleach solution. and it helped, the mold was mostly in my sons room.. he crawled under the bed and cleaned. it gone now, we always a window inour room for ventilation.
