Good floorplans. They are really spacious and come with a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a garge and fireplace. I live on the second floor and the balcony is really big and has doors from the living room and the master bedroom. Parking sucks and the hot tub and pool can get a lot of pine needles, but overall it's a good place.

I've lived upstairs with 2 kids for 3 years (my youngest is now ALMOST 2) and NEVER had complaints...perhaps managment is NOT the problem...

Wait until your lease is up and they increase your rent 30%.

Agree...the rent hike is ridiculous. Not at all worth it. I've seen practically the same apartments, with no fire place, for only $550...let me tell you folks, a fire place isn't worth that much! Don't make a quick decision or you'll be kicking yourself in the butt along with me!

Not in Murray Hill Area...And like youll find a apartment with sunken in livingrooms. Just moved here and its great. Everyone wants something for free and cry when they cant get it. Parking does suck.
