So, the building has a new managing company who has been doing what looks like a lot to change this place. Maybe not for the better in some cases but at least it's change. And when I call I actually get a return call.
They painted to front doors an un-GODly orange when they first "tookover" and the painters were loud and probably illegal. But It's not a bad place to live. I'm sure they will raise rents with all the changes taking place, but I'm sure I'll stay because I really like it here.
Dog poop problem, but I noticed they put up some of those bag stations last week. New maintenance guys seem to know their stuff.
Parking is a total nightmare. Park in the garage if you move here, the new company has also brought on a tow company that is ruthless.
