I moved in here after viewing a really nice, updated unit. When I moved in a saw a unit with old cabinets that stank like mildew, the apartment was dirty and the carpet was coming up in places. They never cleaned and halfway through my 6 month lease sold the complex. The new management was even worse, jacking the rent up immediately so I was forced to move out and then charging me for cleaning things that weren't even clean when I moved in! They can't even find a copy of my move in report to justify the cleaning charges! I had numerous fire danger issues including shorts, sparks flying out of the heaters and dust buildup in bathroom heaters.
