Getting better

I was one of the people that also viewed a really nice, updated unit and then moved into a stinky nasty one. My dishwasher stopped working last May, and I asked several times for the super to fix it. In October, the new management team came. I assumed like everyone else that they would be the same. On passing I mentioned to the new manager that my dishwasher didn't work and I had a new one installed within 24 hours!
The new paint is ugly. But I actually spend most of my time on the inside of the unit.
The parking is atrocious. But there is enough parking for people if they use their garages for what they are intended!
The landscaping is fine.
Maintenance guys are a lot easier to get a hold of. Hell, the management is a lot easier to get a hold of. I used to call and leave message after message and never got a response.
All in all, I'd give a C . But I think it will be a B- by summer. (I've heard we are getting a new clubhouse and they have already started work on the new pool.)
I'm just saying that they are trying. It was pretty bad before, and if you can take a D to a C in six months I think you can do even more in a year.
