ATROCIOUS PARKING - NOT MODERN - EXPENSIVE for what you get.

Place is a disaster, Parking is non-existant anytime day or night.Although is getting better due to people leaving this cesspool of dog poop and bad drainage.People tie there pets up to trees here and wear out the grass outside of there apartments.Ice never fully leaves premises all winter and is dangerous walking by the mailboxes or in front of office because thats where you will end up parking if you don't arrive by 5:00 pm.Semi-abandoned cars in designated legal parking spots that never move is what you can find here as well.Take a chance at a questionable parking spot on this premises and you will be towed. They have roving tow trucks who roam the lot at night looking to tow your vehicle and then charge you 250.00 to get it back.The garages here are used for storage and mechanic shops,therefore the vehicle(s)designated for those garages take up all the outside designated spaces.Plain and simple they don't have enough parking spaces for there tenants.The apartments are not modern but re-did with bad construction (paint on molding,cabinet fronts wore out,bathrooms leak.)My overall experience here was terrible and we felt ripped off from day one. The sales pitch was wonderful,the product terrible. I am out of here after 3 months. I will pay the fee and run,not walk, from this complex.
