I have lived here for a year and 8 months. Yes the parking is bad, but not awful. Every unit has a designated garage, and worst case scenario there is always parking on the street. The clubhouse was just remodeled with a brand new pool area with a HUGE hot tub. There is a business center with new computers and cable internet. An expresso bar and a 24 hour gym are about to open. The updated units have granite countertops and new appliances. The doors were painted a hideous orange, but at least they were trying to improve the complex. The new management staff is truly helpful and knew me by name within their first month of takeover. The old manager was rude, disrepectful, and incompetent. I have only had 1 maintaince issue (about 2 months ago) and it was addressed and fixed by the end of the day. The lower level 2 bedrooms are the best bet. They are really roomy and stay cool in the summer. There is a 35 acre nature preserve with hiking/walking trails adjacent to the complex. There are reviews below that say that these are expensive. Wake up people, this is Murray Hill. Everything is more expensive here. You really get what you pay for. The only negative that I would have is the abundance of cats, but in a pet friendly complex, that can be expected.
