Not a bad stay, but the rent is high for what you get.

I like the new management, but look out no breaks on the moving out papers.
The rent just was rased,OUCH. Its all ready over priced by about 200 a month. It was 820 a month for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath size. The parking can be nasty. The repairs may or may not get fixed. ( new guy there now so you don't know about him ) the grounds people are rude at best. Make sure you check the appartments out VERY well before you move in. Former people's boo boo's like paint and such will be charged to you in the exit paper work as well as Carpet cleaning and such.
