We thought that this was going to be a great place to live. We liked the neighborhood and it was right on the bus line. However, it's not as idyllic as I dreamed. For one thing, everyone keeps to themselves. We don't know any of our neighbors and it's not for lack of trying. People in this complex are snobs. The garage was free when we moved in, now it's not. The parking situation is out of control and no one seems to care. Most tenants use their garages for workshops or motorcycle storage, then they use multiple parking spots for their multiple vehicles and let's not forget the visiting family and friends that hog the spaces! Visitors should use the street so that tenants have a place to park! The upstairs neighbor has revolving roommates that always seem to move out at night, so there are booming crashes at 2 am. If we can hear them, I wonder how many others can. Little things are breaking all over the place. We viewed a BEAUTIFUL apartment, and we got something entirely different. The management is nice, but so what'
Please read: you can find a nicer place or a place just as nice for less money. Our rent is $870 plus utilities makes it approx $920 for a 2 bedroom. That's a house payment.
Run. Go. Save yourself.

I agree 100%. I had the same problems. It was so bad that I paid them to leave early. Avoid this complex and any other that are managed by the same company. Former renter who left May 2008.
