I lived here from May 2001 to Dec 2001. The management was very responsive to repairs and where I was was very quiet (but I wasn't above a family full of teenagers). I do agree with the above posting that the stairwells and eaves attract alot of birds and so there is bird poop everywhere (on the stairs, railings, light fixtures and yes, even my windows). Also, I had to contend with 2 or 3 hornets nest right outside my front door and 1 right under my deck. I would recommend the place if these intrusions of 'nature' doesn't bother you. Otherwise, management needs to put some devices under the rafters to keep birds and insects.
