St. Mary's a wonderful place. You have good neighbors, very friendly atmosphere. Can't hear much of your neighbors. Almost never had problems with maintnece issues, but when I did, they would come out right away and fix everything that needed work done. Its just a very cozy apartment, nice and clean. Never had mold issues. They take pets, and i'm glad my cat had a home. Staff is ok, they are nice but don't realy go out of their way. But its ok because you don't have to deal with them much, since not too many issues come up.
