The walls are thin so you can hear everything and the upstairs neighbor keeps complaining about every little thing he hears. Luckily the lady next door is deaf and the guy downstairs is never home. They have a fitness room but they insist on closing it every other week for unnecessary "maintenance". The police keep showing up everywhere for some reason cause they have a bunch of border jumpers living in nearby apartments. I might as well live in Hillsboro. Anyways don't move here.

"Border Jumpers"? What a blatenly racist comment!! Maybe if you have something against -------- you should have moved to a diverse place like Oregon. Ya know, I hear they have really cheap apartments in the south?

Are you sure it's the police and not you security company? I know they have the same type of uniforms. If anything having the police and or security pass thought "all the time" might be a good thing

Hey Anonymous, Been around the US lately -there are plenty of so called "border jumpers" around can't escape it -it's a sign of the times . I'm pround to be a Southerner-and feel you just insulted me. Why I'm at it, tell the so called 'Border jumpers" to corral their kids-why do they have to act like heathens everywhere they go???

I have lived here for nearly 7 years with my husband and children. I have had nothing but PROBLEMS. The management is EXTREMELY RUDE. Especially the manager and assistant manager. They are dishonest as well. *The apartments are broken and the maintainance staff is not trained in fixing things correctly. My washer broke down and they kept doing "sympathetic" fixes to keep from actually replacing the maching. I couldn't do laundry for a week. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING! *The staff is extremely discriminating. They don't do this blatently to your face. They do in their actions and what they say when you approach them with problems. *Staff DOES NOT LIKE children. I repeat, STAFF DOES NOT LIKE CHILDREN! They may say the kids are welcome, but if you have older children, they yell at them to not "hang around" on the property even thought this is where you live. My son has been to "get out of here" on more than one occasion by the rude staff. Also, my son was just walking on the side walk and the rude asst manager Fawn yelled at him to leave. We LIVE HERE! *Staff employees park in all of the open spaces in front of the office; we can't even come over to use the pool because there is no parking. When staff was confronted about this, they told my husband, the resident to go park on the street. RUDE! Unfortunately, We will be bere another few months....But that will be the end. I can go on and on about the disgusting complex. The management screws it for everyone. The apartment is constantly loud, the management rude, the maintaince repair inadequate. Terrible, just terrible!
