For that last review you must have not attended the annual pool party in July. It was great!! They had a bbq, lots of food, prizes, games and music. They got a DJ to play music , play games with kids and had him had out prizes (free rent, carpet cleans and gift cards) I won a carpet clean and gift card!! So for you to say "events are held regularly, however without upmost effort" is just ridiculous. They went well out of their way and with a smile. I have never lived at a community that went all out like they do every year. My kids had a blast and even got airbrushed tattoo's on their arms. I can't wait till next year for some more fun!

I've lived there for three years and have yet to win a thing. My family and I have participated in almost all events - including deck decorations - with out as much as a smile our way. I am glad that at least someone is getting positive attention. :)

I have lived here for nearly 7 years with my husband and children. I have had nothing but PROBLEMS. The management is EXTREMELY RUDE. Especially the manager and assistant manager. They are dishonest as well. *The apartments are broken and the maintainance staff is not trained in fixing things correctly. My washer broke down and they kept doing "sympathetic" fixes to keep from actually replacing the maching. I couldn't do laundry for a week. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING! *The staff is extremely discriminating. They don't do this blatently to your face. They do in their actions and what they say when you approach them with problems. *Staff DOES NOT LIKE children. I repeat, STAFF DOES NOT LIKE CHILDREN! They may say the kids are welcome, but if you have older children, they yell at them to not "hang around" on the property even thought this is where you live. My son has been to "get out of here" on more than one occasion by the rude staff. Also, my son was just walking on the side walk and the rude asst manager Fawn yelled at him to leave. We LIVE HERE! *Staff employees park in all of the open spaces in front of the office; we can't even come over to use the pool because there is no parking. When staff was confronted about this, they told my husband, the resident to go park on the street. RUDE! Unfortunately, We will be bere another few months....But that will be the end. I can go on and on about the disgusting complex. The management screws it for everyone. The apartment is constantly loud, the management rude, the maintaince repair inadequate. Terrible, just terrible!
