The people are really nice to you when your about to become a "future resident" however, like many other places im sure, that will change when you sign the contract. My bofriend and I have lived here for over a year now and we are dying to get out and as far away from it as possiible. The apartments are mixed between whites and off-whites, the carpet is dark and close the place up even more, poor lighting (if any at all), office is not very helpful, and they are completely anal about the pool and everything else. We have also noticed 3 different car brake-ins parked parallel on the street because of very limited parking within community. Like any other apartment you will ever live in, there will always be pros and cons but we personally do not recommend these apartments. There is better out there.
