There right it is going down hill

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I lived there for almost two years, when I moved in it was great I picked a place in the middle so I didn't even have a big problem with parking. I had to move as you could hear fights happening at two am and the types of people moving in were more and more questionable. I had to move and pay more rent for a smaller place just for some peace and quite.
