They held my entire security deposit after living there only 1 year. They really got me on the painting charge, even though the place didn't need it. The staff was friendly at first and not so friendly as a tenant. The weight room has old equipment, some of which did not work. The laundry room had cheap overpriced machines. The apartment had minor pest problems (ants/fleas).

On the plus side, rent wasn't too bad. The location of my apartment was away from Murray and parking lots, so it was quiet. My neighbors were generally quiet.
