Not the Best to Live, Not the Worst Place to Live...

Have to pay an excessive amount to rent garage, on top of high-priced rent. Some pest problems (ants). Management charges lower rent to new renters, but charge higher rent to long-term renters. Gym area is old; the raquet ball court is dilapidated and the excercise equiptment is outdated. The billiards room flooded and the sauna room broke in early 2003, but were never repaired. Great pool area, but people are cold and unfriendly. The grounds are nice and well kept, but the single trash compactor in the middle of the complex is an eyesore and it's connected to the PO boxes so you have to hear and smell the trash compactor every time you get your mail. It's not the best place to live, but it's not the worst place to live either.
