its just plain okay.

the negatives first- its an apartment-just like any other, and being in busy beaverton on murray, you can expect the noise, traffic etc.
i NEVER saw any gang-bangers like a previous tenant mentioned, and ive lived there from summer 1996-spring 2003.
the weight room is TOTALLY lame-just something to say that they even have a weight room.
the sauna creeps me out because there is no sense of security.
The compactor is nasty, but im sure that others compactors are the same, or worse.
The garages ARE expensive.
There arent enough laundry facilities.
The office hours are kinda sporadic.
yes, the rent does go down for newbies, because of specials.
now the few but strong positives-the maintenance staff cant be beat.
theyve been there as long as i had and they got the job done well and are friendly and prompt.
The grounds are imppecable, and overall, i think that the rent is okay- i feel that s.c.
is probably the cleanest and safest in the area.
and they have new management that seems to want to get the job done.
i would recommend stone creek.
