It is true, there are good and bad, at every apartment complex. The trash compacter is the bigest complaint, do something about it! And the thin walls, come on, I don't need to hear my neighbors. The staff seems a little confused about everything, once you are a tenant. The swimming pool is awesome, the parking is good, the maintenance is the best, the grounds are very nice. Having a washer/dryer in apartment is cool, but how do they come up with the water bill? Why do I have to pay the same as a family of 4? Overall, it is nice apartments, just take the good with the bad.
