The exercise room leaves something to be desired, small and outdated, never used the sauna so cannot voice an opinion.
Pool facilities are good, pool clean and lots of seating. Grounds are well maintained.
Garbage is a issue because tenants leave the garbage outside of the compactor for critters to get into. Could be collected more frequently.
Maintainance always very reactive and responsive. Absolutly no problems with the office staff.
Newly painted and refurbished outside.
My apartment looks onto a small park area and is a very pleasant oasis in the middle of Beaverton.
Several residents had an issue with loud neighbors and the office staff responded quickly and resolved the situation.
Keep looking at other places for rent and cannot find anything much better for the money.
