Unusually high attrition rate. People leaving in droves, probably because of the high rent. Everone's charged different rent rates for the same sized apartments. The longer you stay, the more you have to pay. Staff smile when they want you to move in, then treat you like crap after you've signed the lease. The area's very nice, but the tenants almost never talk, greet, or hang out in the common areas. The traffic on Murray Boulevard is really bad since we're pretty close to downtown center and a fire station. Low crime rate and good exterior grounds keepers are a small plus for an otherwise mundane apartment complex.
