Great Management

Me and my wife lived here for about nine months. When we moved in Andrea offered us a great promo for a free month with a twelve month lease. We consistently received excellent customer service from both of them, they even offered to feed our pet cat while we were away on vacation (we took them up on this quite a few times - saves tons of money on boarding them).
Cons
- We are non-smokers and have chain smokers living below us, as a result our bathroom always smelled like cigarettes and we couldn't open our front window most of the time. When we talked to Andrea she mentioned that they are switching to a non-smoking community beginning in Jan-09 so this may not be an issue for non-smokers in the near future.
-Since we broke our lease we have to pay back the promotional free month so our lease break was essentially $1800. Pretty hefty, but kinda fair considering we're just paying for our initial month plus the lease break fee.
-There really aren't enough entrances to the apartments in the back. We were lucky when we moved in that there wasn't a car parked in one of the spaces and we were able to circumvent a large trek around the buildings in order to bring our stuff in.
Overall even though there were some considerable cons, the customer service, low rent, and beautiful grounds make this a definite recomendation. Hopefully this place will completely transition to non-smoking in the near future and there will be an even bigger plus.
