The Lakes

 

I've been here for 8 months and i'm very happy here.

I love my apt.

My husband is a pack rat like most men and every apt.

we lived in has seemed too cluttered untill I moved here.

My apt.

feels clean and open and I have a tree outside every window.

I love to wath the wildlife around me it feels like HOME! I plan to move into a house someday but untill then I believe this is as close as it gets.

I have a child in 1st grade and the school is within walking distance and she gets a kick outta seeing the ducks and nuetria(water rats is what she calls them)on her way to school everyday.

Not many kids can say that about there child hood.

The staff is real nice.

On serveral occasions I've borrowed there computer to print out my resume` since mine is broken and they never seemed to mind.

My husband is a construction woker who gets paid when the job is done and I am a college student.

Sometimes his pay day doesn't fall on the day rent is due and we have been late a couple of time but the staff is understanding.

Granted we pay the late fee like everyoone else but we don't experience the pass of negative judgement, they were very understanding.

The grounds are gorgeous except the lights on the paths need to be fixed.

They have been fixed several times but for some reason they seem to break again.

I know of one incident a chiild was kicking them over.

These apt.

are very Quiet and I especialy love the Pool table and the hot tub and pool.

They are all indoors which makes it nice for winter swimming I know my child still like to swim in the winter.

I no longer have to explain to her why it's too cold to go swimming.

I ove this place and I think it's great.

If you like being surrounded by nature for a low cost this is your home.

I'm a very picky person and this will be the 1st place I've ever resigned a lease! Thanks Lakes!
