Like another reviewer said here, watch out about trees outside your window.
My neighbor was robbed and the window that was pried open was covered by a tall bush.
I disliked the insects that swarm to the wetland area in the back.
I was always having to swat at something between the parking lot and my apartment.
They have a 'movie night' every week, which consists of a bunch of single people that get together and watch movies.
That was about the only redeemable thing.
And the ice cream social.
My apartment was really dirty when I got into it.
I'm moving out next month, thank goodness, and leaving it in a much cleaner position.
When I moved in, it was so dirty that mold was growing in the bathroom and they said they'd come clean it, but 3 days into my move-in, they never did, and I was getting disgusted by walking in the mold, so I finally used bleach and Ajax to clean everything.
They never did come in despite two promises to do so.
Watch out for the pine trees near the chimneys.
Get fire insurance if you have anything valuable during the hot summer dry months...
The people living must be elephants.
