We moved in because the place we lived at lease ended and we were not happy there. So we moved to The Lakes. Well, it looked as if someone just moved out, no new paint, and the place was not cleaned before we moved in. Screens missing from all the windows and still to this day only one true screen and one we found and forced in the window so we could open our window during the summer time. The ladies seem to be nice in the office but the others are not. Garbage area's could be cleaned more often then they have been. Notice for maintaince could be done sooner then the hours before something is to be taking place. We love the floor plans. But our rent is being raise to over 800 and since parking could be better we're thinking of looking else were now.
