While this place looks very nice from the outside, there are some things that make it dissapointing. Everything on the inside of the apartments is plastic, lots of things break.
Getting maintanance to fix anything is rediculous. From the day I moved in my toilet worked improperly, only fluching once out of every three or four times you pulled the lever. I put in a work order the day I moved in, and subsequently put in 3 more, yet no one even came to look at it, let alone fix it.
There are a lot of kids (no, not with their parents).I had downstairs neighbors that were 16 years old with no parents in the house. The average age of a tennant, i would guess, is about 22. Parties go on until all hours of the night.
The police were in the complex 7 times in my 9 months there, once for domestic disputes, once for a break in in my downstairs neighbors apartment(which took maintanence over 5 weeks to replace their door after it got kicked in)and others that I dont know what reasons they were there for.
The ant problem here is out of hand as well. And fruit let out on the counter(such as tomatoes) was coveredby morning.

There were many more problems I had here, but you get the picture. Unless youare a 20year old party kid, dont live here.
