The Lakes

 

I have lived at The Lakes for several years.

I have always appreciated the construction of the apartment buildings - they are well insulated, sharing only the kitchen/bathroom or closet wall with your neighbor.

I have lived in newer apartment complexes where I could hear everything my neighbors upstairs and down were saying and doing.

I also appreciate that there are only 4 apartments per building.

And who could not fall in love with the established trees? It is a beautiful property.

When my parents come to visit me they call my apartment the "tree house." Over time, what I have come to appreciate about The Lakes is that, just like any rental property, there have been ups and downs but as time goes by there are many more ups.

It is evident the owners and management have taken more interest in our community and the residents' needs.

Just in the past 10 months they have painted the exterior of the buildings, are installing new exterior lighting, have upgraded the interior of the clubhouse and are doing more things to extend their appreciation to the residents.
