This property is great if you are the RIGHT kind of people.

The office staff is worthless.

They will lie to your face and smile while doing it.

Here is a list:
1.

The apartment will not be ready.

The maintenance will have to be watched as they tend to not complete jobs.

Each issue is tracked and counted by the office so when a single issue is not repaired correctly, it looks as if the renter and had multiple issues rather than the staff being inept.
2.

Watch out for Laura in the office.

It's cool if she approves of you but watch out if you are not up to her standards.

She is a complete -----! She can make your life hell.
3.

You pay pet rent here and they do expect you to clean up after your fur kids.

No problem except they constantly run out of poo bags and let the poo trashcan overflow.

Pretty nasty and when you ask why this is not maintained, you are told that this is an amenity.

Wow, then why the pet rent''''
4.

The pool and the workout room are not available when you are most likely to use them.

They are only available when the office is open.

Since most of us work when the office is open, this is not much use.

You cannot access them at all ON HOLIDAYS!
5.

Complaints count only if you get along with certain tenants.

We have talked to other people on property who have hit this brick wall as well.

Barking dogs will cause notices to be posted on your door.

Loud parties and people out talking on their cell phones ALL NIGHT if fine if you are one of the chosen.

No matter how many times you file a complaint, the office just says " Call security when this happens." It quiets down for a few nights then starts right up again.
6.

You must list who is living in the apartment but after living here 2 years, this again depends on who you are.

Some people have as many as ten different people coming in and out of an apartment at all times of day and night.

Again when complained about, the office just gives it lip service.
7.

Watch the office about your rent checks.

We were contacted on two different months about the rent being short.

Turned out they were not paying attention when collecting the rent checks and threw away a check with the opened envelope.

This really cause an issue for roommates who pay with multiple checks.

This happened not one, BUT TWICE! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Wow, I moved out from there back at the end of 2008. Send me a message if you ever check this again. File a complaint with the BBB if you can. I am having issues with them still and I may try and rally up pissed of people.

Lived here since 08 and haven't had any of the issues you had. Then again, it can all be able your neighbors. The pool/gym area is available on holidays, you just have to use your key. The gym is a bit small so if you are there during popular hours then there is a chance machines will be taken. I know 3 of the maintenance people personally and have had nothing but good things. Hell, one of them repaired a door I broke without charging me for the repair like they were suppose to. (of course, I'm nice to people and do favors for them when they do me favors). Office personal are ok although there have several times they stepped out for something and weren't back when the little sign clock said they would be. Sounds more like you just got unlucky and maybe stepped on the wrong toes. Catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
