I liked the complex

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2000
 
Close to grocery and shopping complexes.
a little distant from the train station but it was a pleasure living there.

The ducks on the lake and the swimming pool and the exercise bike were a plus point.
It is quiet and peaceful.
