Very Expensive after Lease is up

I lived in the Overlook at Murrayhill Apt for 6 months awaiting to have a house built. During the lease we paid $827.08 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and a garage. After the lease was up we had to pay $875 market rate,$50 for month to month and $60 for the garage ($985 total). The staff or friendly and helpful. Before we moved in we were shown an apt that we were told would be saved for us. It had a new hooded micro, new carpet, 2 storage closets, and a great view of the park. Later we were told that they could not save that apt for us. The one we got faced the parking lot, didn't have a microwave, wasn't updated, and only had 1 storage closet on the balcony. Overall I would have moved somewhere else had I everything I know now. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
