At first everything seemed to be fine until things needed to be fixed. It took them over a year to fix one problem we had, and some projects would get started but completion would take a very long time to be completed. Some problems we have experienced (besides slow maitenence), mailbox broken into but management never told tenants (found out from mail person), water problems ie water fixtures leaking (even after fixing), windows leaking when it rained - lots of water problem leads to mold problems......
