All in all I had a good experience at The Overlook. This is definately a very pet-friendly complex. They allow all sizes and breeds of dogs and cats. For people who don't like dogs and cats DON NOT MOVE HERE! You will see them walking everywhere both on-leash and sometimes off-leash. Most owners are responsible and clean up after their animals, so the grounds are usually very clean. There are a few tennants here who HATE animals and love to complain about them all the time, but aside from them it is a very friendly atmosphere.

The only time that we needed maintenance they were very prompt and our problem was resolved within 24 hours.

My biggest complaint is the parking. Not all tennants get a covered space, so cross your fingers and pray that they give you a good parking space. And if you have more than one car, plan on parking down the road somewhere and hoofing it back. They have probably 9 or 10 visitor parking spaces, and about 3 of them have cars parked in them that haven't been moved in months! But thats only a minor nuisance.

Overall it was a good experience at the Overlook. Nothing spectacular, but I've definately had much worse.
