Management here is ridiculous and I would consider them almost completely incompetent. Our apartment was not finished being renovated on the day that we were supposed to move in, leaving projects obviously rushed and not done well.
Parking is a disaster, you are only allowed one parking spot unless you want to spend $70 a month on a garage. There are plenty of open, uncovered spots that management is reserving for unoccupied units where we used to park, but they are now going around at night and towing cars parked in the wrong spot, even if it isn't causing a problem for anyone who rightfuly owns that spot. Instead you have to park out on the main street as opposed to the safety of the complex.
