I have lived here for about 6 or so months, and I believe I have been frustrated at least 60% of the days. I have frustrations all over the map about this place.

PARKING: We rent a two unit place, there is two of us. We can only have one spot. Unless we want another $70 tacked on to our already expensive rent for a garage that really would be useless as a garage if used to park a car. They have very minimal visitor space and due to the fact that everyone has the same problem we do, visitor spaces are always filled.

CONSTRUCTION: Currently they are doing construction on a variety of projects. However, they are going about it in a very poor manner related to their tenants. They have blocked 50% of the visitor spots (already too little to begin with) for construction equipment and materials that could easily be put in a lot of other areas. Their ideas of necessary construction activities are also completly jaded and unreasonable.

STAFF: Their maintanence people are only semi-qualified to be doing the job they do. We have had multiple things that needed to be fixed (in a newly renovated unit, figure that one out) and they are always fixed at a sub-par level. Or they tell you your claim is invalid, only when you have to launch an investigation to figure out why it is they didn't fix your problem to begin with.

It looks nice from the outside, the staff is friendly and smiles but it's because ignorance is bliss. They are babies with gas and I urge you to move anywhere but the Overlook at Murrayhill.
