I have had a great experience in the two years I have lived here. There was a lot of work done on the complex after I first moved in - construction always causes headaches but the office staff and onsite maintenance were great. The contracted construction crew actually punched a hole in my wall and kept missing appointments to fix it. Rather than wait on the outside company to fix it - the management got their own crew to come in and patch the wall. They were great about working with my schedule and understanding my frustration. Anytime I've had maintenance problems (very few) they have always been quick to remedy the problem. The staff is great and they are all very friendly. I love the grounds - it looks like a park and they put a lot of work into it - I admit I hate the leaf blower noise but I appreciate the effort to make it beautiful. I was really impressed during the snow storm when they cleaned up the sidewalks so quickly. A friend lives at another local complex and his sidewalks were a mess for several days. As in any apartment there is some problems with noise and hearing your neighbors - most residents are respectful and keep noise at a minimum during quiet hours.
