San Remo has NICE (not luxury, but nice) apartments. I liked the floorplan, thought it was cute, so I moved in. At first it was great, then I got the neighbor from HELL. Super noisy & at all hours. When I'd complain, he'd complain about me, making it a my word against his thing. Now I know that life isn't always perfect, and problems happen, but to me it's how those problems are handled that matters, and Rick and the management were SO great! They went above and beyond helping me document my complaints and even coming over after hours to hear the noice for himself so he could get the evidence he needed to take legal action. What most people don't realize is that managers have to follow strict laws in Oregon to evict someone. This staff got the job done and went the extra mile! Since that neighbor's been gone, it's been back to apartment bliss for me at San Remo!
