This was the worst renting experience of my life! I have never dealt with such buffoons as I have at the San Remo apt complex. It takes forever to get anything done by the management; not by the maintence guys; but by the dysfunctional management team. They are slow; incompetent and will give you the run around any chance they get. They will do anything to avoid ACTUALLY doing their jobs. The only time they ACTUALLY do their jobs is when you go over their heads to the management's management. She places a call to them and then they suddenly remember why they are collecting a paycheck...it's really a shame that the residents must make that inconvienent step of calling the management's management JUST TO GET THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS! I was not evicted; never late paying my rent or anything else. I was just your average renter and I moved-out as quickly as possible. I never unpacked my boxes after the way I was treated by them.
