Well this place isnt too bad. I mean for a bunch of younger guys in their early 20's. What do we care as long as there is a roof over our heads. For the most part maintnance has been awesome when it comes to fixin our stuff. Except for one time they entered our apartment and fixed something we NEVER called about. They couldnt explain that one. I guess my biggest deal with SAN REMO apartments is some of the other residents... SOME!!! If you have a problem with someone, what happened to the good ol fashion go and talk to them. I know things would get routy with having a bunch of guys always over hangin out but damn if its too bad come talk to us. Thats all any of it would ever take. Not complainin to the office every two secs. Good thing one of my roomies was seein one of the office personal so we knew what was up before we ever got in trouble. Havent really had trouble with parking due to us having our covered parking. It is true about the cops though they are often there. Some kid was shot on the street in front of the apartment about 4 months ago!!! Cars around mine, commone to see them with windows that are ducktaped because they were broking into. Kids shitting in the pool is common. Rocks getting thrown all over cars in front of the play place, common. Rent going up after you have been there for a year, common. Apartments getting mold around the windows, common.
So I guess it really depends what you are looking for, if you dont mind a place that isn't the safiest, apartments not built that well, then yeah this isnt a bad place. But I dont think I would ever live there with a wife and kid.
