Hi-I am the mmanager at Valley Park Plaza. We have some really great residentss here. Our units are large and well maintained by our maintenance man. He has been here for 6 years. He is happily married and has 3 children. Most, if not all, of our maintenance gets completed within 24 hours of requet. Of course if you don't report the manintenance problem it is difficult for the work to get done in a timely fashion! We have a grassy courtyard with a sparkling seasonal pool. Our parking is assigened and we have secured mail boxes. We allow indoor cats with an extra deposit.
In July we had a BBQ and a visit from the Shwan Man with his tasty goodies in August. On Halloween we are having a Halloween pinata and then trick or treating around the neighborhood together.
We do not allow drugs on our property and and when there is drug use we have to ask the residents to move. Like I said earlier we have some really great residents here.
