I lived here for three years. We loved the location it's a walk to rec center, across from Nike campus, dining, shopping, so on. The office staff was always polite and never had to ask maintenance twice to fix anything. It is obvious that this is one of Beaverton's best communities compared to allot I have lived in and seen. It is alittle more in rent than some, but you really do get what you pay for. I would recommend Walker Square to anyone in the market for a new home.
