CTL Management trains their staff to do little more than pay lip service to valid complaints. The street noise is horrendous, and the building noise worse. Construction is so shoddy in this complex that you hear every step your upstairs neighbors take, all while the floor creaks and groans in agony. When I moved in early this year I had a six month old, $44,000 dollar vehicle. My vehicle, which I now wish to sell or trade, now needs many hundreds, if not thousands of dollars of treatment to remove scratches caused by animals and children. The animal in question was never to be allowed outside. The kids could be banned from the cramped parking area, and made to play in the PLAYGROUND or nearby FIELD. Instead, CTL refuses any responsibility, and will tell you that it is your responsibility to watch out your windows to scare away any kids that happen by - and furthermore that you are free to take civil action against the individuals involved. When I moved in I was shown a very nice unit, complete with light-colored new carpet. I was not allowed to view my unit, as it was not "yet viewable." As it turns out, my carpet is full of stains and cigarette holes, is beginning to come apart and reeked for months of stale smoke. CTL's answer was to see if they could replace the carpet in exchange for my extending my lease......''''!!!!!!! The stove was not in working order from day one, lots of scum under washer and dryer, on lights, etc. CTL prides themselves on "quick turnarounds," and if you move here you will soon realize why. My neighbors told me the old tenants had only been gone a few days. From what I have viewed this is true - the best part being they have a one-man maintenance crew! I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.

Ahhh, good old Walker Square! None of this person's review is BS; I lived there for one hellish year. I was also not allowed to see my apartment before I moved in; no wonder, it was about 20 feet away from Walker Road! I got to "enjoy" the charming sounds of rush-hour traffic 24/7. And the kids?? They don't accidentally scuff your car, they intentionally vandalize it, especially if you have a nice one! They went after my Mustang so much I bought a security camera and bolted it above the window, caught them red-handed on tape. I gave management a copy, told them next time I'm calling the cops. That's the steps I had to go to to keep kids away from my car. I ran away from this dump once my lease was up. I suggest you spare yourself the pain and don't move in here.
